Complete Data Monster Type

Everybody confuse with this kind of subject, as we know that all digimon level is Baby, rookie, champions , Ultimate , and Mega... but what is "complete Data Monster" level?

1. Complete data monster is a rare monster to be found in Digital World.
2. The normal monster and complete data monster have a big different.
3. The complete data monster can think positive as human thinking and more clever than normal human.
4. The complete data monster have a size body almost like human. (example in D-tactor character "Giga")
5. To be a complete data type is hard and most of digimon try be like that only 2% can be a Complete data type.
6. Complete data monster a more stronger than Mega Level Digimon.
7. Is hard to predict when the complete data type will form in normal digimon.
8. Complete data monster can be form to anyone and any level digimon but it ill happen anytime.
